This nebula appears to have components of emission and dusty reflection nebulae. It is number 56 in The velocity field of the outer Galaxy in the Southern Hemisphere. Some of the dusty nebulae seen here are cataloged in the HMSTG. The image appears speckled from the countless faint stars in the field.
